摘要 本实验用重量法测定硫酸根离子.为了得到更多更纯的无水硫酸钠,也为本地区水泥的生产提供更低廉的原料(大约需要8%-10%的硫酸钠),同时考虑到现实成本的投入如能源消耗方面,采用简单可行的物理方法,尽可能控制影响实验的因素,探寻出通过热融加热对芒硝矿石进行脱水,得到较纯净的无水硫酸钠的最佳操作温度和时间.并且初步测定了芒硝矿石中的Cl-、Ca2+、Mg2+的含量,为芒硝矿石的需求者提供参考标准及作为后续处理工作的依据. It is reported by references that there are a lot of methods,which are used to determinate sulfate radical ion, such as gravimetric method, titrimetric method, modern ion chromatography, piezoelectricity precipitation adsorption law and so on. Considering actual condition, I has adopted the classical analytic method -- gravimetric method. On the basis of the experiment, to obtain more and purer anhydrous sodium sulfate, and also to provide more raw materials for this local cement's production (to need about the percent of 8 to 10 of sodium sulfate). At the same time,considering the investment of the realistic cost, like the aspect of energy consumption, I make use of the simple and feasible physical method, and control the factor as far as possible,which influences the experiment. Fininally, I inquire the method which eliminates the dehydration in the mirahilite ore through the hot melt heating, thus to obtain the best operating temperature and the time,which are in order to pure anhydrous sodium sulfate. And I determinate the content of cholide ion, calcuim ion and magnesian ion in the mirabilite ore pretreated, which provides the reference standard for its demand and the basis for the following handle work.
