摘要
聚氯乙烯聚合反应是一个间歇化工生产过程.控制对象聚合反应温度前期吸收热量,后期释放热量呈现出非线性变化,同时釜体容积大,测量温度又滞后,控制恒温有一定难度.为解决该难题,德州实华化工有限公司与杭州蓝天自动化技术有限公司共同合作,在德州实华化工有限公司聚氯乙烯聚合釜改造项目上采用了48m3聚合釜温度控制技术,提高了树脂的质量.
The reaction of PVC polymetriced is a intermittent chemical process. The object which is controlled absorbs a great deal of heating in the first stage of reaction and gets out a great deal of heating in the end stage of reaction. And this change is non--linear. Sametime the kettle's dimension is very bigger. There is difficulty for temperature controlled because the measured temperature is later than actual temperature . This article introduces the Dezhou Shihua chemical industry Co. , Ltd. and Hangzhou bluesky automatic technique Co. , Ltd worked together on the rebuild PVC of 48 m^3 polymetric kettle of The Dezhou Shihua chemical industry Co. , Ltd.
