In the background of mass higher education, higher medical quality education is confronted with severe challenges, such as the decreased quality of students, insufficient teaching resources and investment in education, and the teaching quality in descending trend. It is thus necessary to re-examine the characteristics of medical specialty and medical brains, to run school in accordance with the law of education, to strengthen the macro-management, to increase investment, and to deepen the reform, in an attempt to guarantee the quality of medical education.
