从医患纠纷的高发性、复杂性等对医疗责任保险是否能从根本上解决医患纠纷进行调研和资料查阅;结合我国医疗责任保险的现状,从医疗机构、患者和保险公司等方面加以分析,从法律的角度对医疗责任保险提出一些思考。

In the perspectives of such factors as high incidence and complexity of doctor-patient disputes, this article, with reference to various data, makes an investigation into whether medical liability insurance could radically solve doctor-patient disputes. Based on the status quo of medical liability insurance in China, the author gives a further analysis in light of medical institutions, patients and insurance companies, and some reviews on medical liability insurance from the legal perspective.
