优化我国能源结构的思考

长期以来煤炭一直是我国主要的消费能源,以煤为主的能源结构在为社会发展作出贡献的同时也带来系列负面效应。加快能源结构调整,发展新能源和油气产业是我国今后能源产业调整的重要方向。新能源产业虽具有良好的发展前景,但目前面临技术、成本、体制等因素的制约,现阶段大力发展油气产业具有现实性。推广洁净煤应用技术,以油气产业发展为重点,适度提速新能源产业是我国能源结构优化的必由之路。

For a long time,coal always occupies the main position in China's energy consumption.This coal-based energy consumption structure makes contribution to social development,but brings some negative effects as well.Just because of this,development of new energy industry and oil & gas industry is becoming the major trend of industrial adjustment in the future.Developing new energy resources has sound prospect.However,it is restricted by the factors of current low-technology-level,high-cost and imperfect system etc.Compared with new energy industry,greatly developing oil & gas industry at present stage has practical significance.The only way for optimizing China' s energy consumption structure is to keep the key position of developing oil & gas industry and moderately speed up new energy industry development by promoting clean coal technology.
