摘要
以某柴油/CNG双燃料发动机为对象,研究其特点和工作原理,介绍所进行的发动机性能试验。结果表明,柴油机在改为柴油/CNG双燃料发动机后,其功率和扭矩虽均有所下降,降幅最高达9%左右,但经济性更好,最多可以节省24%的燃料费用,尾气排放也得以明显改善,烟度大幅下降。通过采取一定的措施,可以提高柴油/CNG双燃料发动机的动力性,从而弥补CNG的不足,使之具有更好的动力性、经济性和排放性。
A performance test did on the modified diesel/CNG duel-fuel engine shows that the vehicle with diesel/CNG dual-fuel engine is more economic than original diesel engine with a reduction in fuel cost of 24%,even though it has lower power and shorter distortion distance than diesel engine and the maximum reduction ratio even reach to about 9%.Moreover,there are significant reductions in smoke and exhaust emission from vehicle of diesel/CNG duel-fuel engine than original vehicle with diesel engine.Some measures can finally help make up the weakness of this duel-fuel engine in power and make it better in power performance,economical efficiency and emission behavior.
