摘要
目的探讨银杏叶提取物对大鼠肾脏缺血/再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法制作大鼠肾脏缺血/再灌注损伤的模型,用银杏叶提取物治疗,检测治疗前后肾组织内血小板活化因子(PAF)活性及组织钙、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。观察银杏叶提取物对该模型的干预作用。结果成功制作了大鼠缺血/再灌注模型,经银杏叶提取物的治疗后肾皮质及肾髓质内血小板活化因子明显减少(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),组织内组织钙及丙二醛也显著减少(P〈0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物保护大鼠缺血/再灌注损伤的作用机制与拮抗血小板活化因子及抑制细胞内钙离子聚集和抑制氧自由基的产生有关。
Objective To explore the protective mechanism of Ginkgo biloka against the renal ischemia - reperfusion injury in rat. Methods The rat model of renal injury of ischemia - reperfusion was induced. Platelet activating factor in renal tissue ,tissue calcium and MDA in serum was measured at the end of the study. The effect of Ginkgo biloba in this model was observed. Results The rat ischemia- reperfusion injury model was reproduced successfully. Platelet activating factor, tissue calcium of renal cortex and medulla were significantly reduced in rats received administration action of Ginkgo biloba. Conclusion The results suggested that the inhibitory action of Ginkgo biloba on platelet activating factor, MDA and tissue calcium release might be its protective mechanisms against the renal isehemia -repeffusion injury.
