摘要
进行了草坪用“Derby”黑麦草和“Houndog”高羊茅的属间杂交,未经胚培养成功地获得了它们间的杂种。杂种F1代花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对平均构型为:2.80Ⅰ+10.33Ⅱ+0.85Ⅲ+0.50Ⅳ。染色体配对结果表明,“Derby”与“Houndog”染色体组之间存在一定程度的亲缘关系,对黑麦草与高羊茅的属间杂交改良是完全可行的。
. Lolium perenne CV. “Derby” was crossed with Festuca arundiacea CV. “Houndog”. Adult hybrid plants were obtained without embryo culture. The mean meiotic chromosome configuration was 2.80Ⅰ+10.33Ⅱ+0.85Ⅲ+0.50Ⅳ. The results showed that one set of genomes of “derby” have some homology with one of “Houndog”.
