摘要
目的建立微波消解一原子荧光法测定化妆品中汞的方法。方法化妆品采用微波消解,双道氢化物发生原子荧光法测定样品中的汞。结果汞浓度在0~0.20μg/L范围内与原子荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,方法检出限为0.0066μg/L,回收率为91.31%-96.77%。结论方法简便、快捷、准确、灵敏度高,应用双道氢化物发生原子荧光法可测定化妆品汞含量。
Objective To establish a method for determining Mercury(Hg) in cosmetics. Methods The cosmetics were dissolved by microwave and Hg in them were determined by double - channel hydride generation - atomic fluorcsceneeee spectrometry. Results The mercury content was linear with the fluorenseenee intensity in the range of 0 - 0. 20 μg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9991. The detection limit of this method was 0. 0066 μg/L. Recovery experiment was carried out and recovery was 95 % - 100%. Conclusions The method was simple, rapid, accurate and high sensitive. Hg in thecosmetics can be determined by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
