通过对辽宁省目前就业现状的分析,从下岗人员、农村进城务工人员、高校毕业生三方面阐述了就业压力产生的主要原因。根据辽宁省自身特点以及人力资源的现状,提出了解决的基本途径和对策。

By analyzing the employment of Liaoning Province,the paper explains the reason that the employment pressure occurs from three aspects include lay-off workers, immigrant workers and college graduates. According to the characteristics and the human resources of Liaoning Province ,the authors propose the solutions and countermeasures.
