通过对夫妻财产制度基本理论的研究,重新审视和评价现行夫妻财产制度。针对目前立法过于原则而导致的各种缺陷,从全新的视角予以分析,提出完善夫妻财产制度合理的意见与建议。

Based on the research of basic theory of the marital property system, this article re-examines and evaluates current marital property system. According to the defects resulted from the abstract legislation, this article puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to consummate and perfect marital property system from a brand new perspective.
