摘要
对2008年实行的新的《水污染防治法》与1996年颁布的《水污染防治法》进行了对比,分析了本次修订中在立法理念、立法原则、法条修订上所突出的亮点。
New revised version of Law of the people＇s republic of China on the prevention and control of water pollution was issued in 2008, by comparing with the old version issued in 1996, there are ten bright points in new version presented in the paper.
