摘要
生态补偿机制对于实现可持续消费和生产以及实现可持续发展具有重要意义。在分析积极探索建立云南省生态补偿机制的必要性、可行性的基础上,对建立云南省生态补偿机制提出建议。
Ecological compensation mechanism has vital meaning for realizing sustainable consume and development. Several suggestions on building ecological compensation mechanism are put forward based on presenting the necessity and feasibility of ecological compensation mechanism in Yunnan province.
