摘要
从思想观念、改革配套、队伍建设方面浅析了科研院所后勤改革中存在的问题,提出了建议。
The problems existed in logistics reform of scientific background unit are analyzed from the aspects of thoughts involving in reform supporting and capacity building. Some suggestions are put forward as well.
