摘要 通过对农村中小学教师的职业认同、业务能力、身心素质、继续教育现状进行问卷调查和深度访谈,分析了农村中小学教师的素质现状,提出了加强高师教育改革力度、提升农村教师职业认同、畅通农村教师选用渠道、规范农村教师流动制度、重视农村教师继续教育、加快校本行动研究的农村教师素质发展策略。 On the basis of the questionnaire survey and interviews on career identity, professional ability, physical and mental quality, and continuing education of primary and middle school teachers in rural areas of Sichuan, this paper has made an analysis of the present situation of school teachers' quality. Based on the findings, it has put forward some development strategy: efforts to deepen the high teacher education reform, promotion of career identity of rural teachers, the flowing channel of selecting rural teachers, the flow system of regulating rural teachers, emphasis on their continuing education, more researches on school - based action.
