杂交水稻不完全双列配组选种方法研究

ldentification Method for lncomplete Diallel Combinations in Hybrid Rice

为探索适于杂交水稻育种者应用的鉴定试验方法，提高选种的准确性和效率，我们在多年交叉杂交配组的基础上，按照不完全双列交配方式，将所选育的７个高代恢复材料与１０个引进的不育系配组７０对组合，进行田间试验方法研究。研究结果表明：不完全双列遗传交配方式，应用于杂交水稻育种中，宜采用裂区设计，以相同恢复系（或不育系）所配组合组成主区，相应地以不育系（或恢复系）所配组合为副区，主区随机排列，副区随机或顺序排列。主区中应设置不同熟性的对照种。

hybrid combinations mated between 7 restorers and 10 sterile lines of rice according to incomplete diallel cross were prepared. With these combinations, identification method was undertaken. The results showed that split plot design was suitable for field test. Based on the evaluation need, the various combinations with same restorers (or sterile lines) should be arranged in the main plots in random and within it, different sterile lines (or sterorers) of the combinations should be placed as subplots respectively in some certain order or in random. In the main plots, it should be necessary to place CK hybrids having different mature period.
