A Probe into the Proceeding Development of Animal Husbandry in Bayinbuluke Grassland

巴音布鲁克是一个高寒纯牧业区，生长季短、草地生产力较低、季节草地资源不平衡、暖季载畜量趋于饱和、冷季已过载、草地负载大、退化严重、风雪灾害导致牲畜大量死亡和冷季掉膘等，是影响该区草地畜牧业持续、稳定发展的主要因素。据此，提出加强智力投资、大力引进和培养草业科技人才、积极稳妥地引导牧民定居、多途径提高抗灾保畜能力和减轻草地压力、保护草地生态环境等对策。

The Bayinbuluke is an alplne frigid livestock area, where the growth period isshort, the grassland product1on capacity is low, the seasonal grassland resource is unbal-ance, the carrying capacity in warm season trends to saturation, and over the capacity in coldseason, degradation is serious,wind and snow disasters occured frequently. These are thema jor factors that affect the proceeding development of animal husbandry. Thus it put for-ward that the intelligence investment must be strengthened, meanwhile increase the anti-disaster and animal protection capacity, improve the grassland ecological environment.
