摘要
研究了接种10种溶磷菌剂对燕麦(Avena sativa)生物量和植株氮、磷含量的影响。结果表明:10种菌剂在单独接种菌剂(S)和菌剂+半量磷肥(SHP)处理下均能显著提高燕麦地上生物量;10种菌剂单独接种亦均能使燕麦地下生物量均显著高于CK(p<0.05),而菌剂与半量磷肥同时施用,只有接种Lx174菌剂的燕麦地下生物量显著高于单独施用半量磷肥(HP)和全量磷肥(TP)(p<0.05)的处理,其它菌剂接种的燕麦地下生物量与HP和TP间差异不显著(p>0.05)。单独接种溶磷菌剂时,除Lx81和Dm84外的其它8种菌剂均可显著增加植株全磷含量,Lx22,Jx59,Lx174,Lm126显著增加全氮含量。10种菌剂与半量磷肥同时作用,Dm84,Jx59,Lx81,Jm92,Lx174,Dx68显著增加植株全磷含量;Lx22,Jx59,Lx81,Dx84显著增加植株全氮含量。综合分析认为Lx22,Jx59,Lx81,Jm92,Lx174在促进燕麦生长和植株氮、磷吸收方面潜能较大,可作为下一步燕麦溶磷菌肥料研制和开发的菌剂。
The effect of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria strains isolated from the Triticum aestivum and Medicago sativa rhizosphere on vegetation biomass, total N and P concentration of Arena sativa were analyzed using the pot experiment. Five treatments (CK (no strain, no P--fertilizer), S (inoculated strain individually), SHP (strain+half P--fertilizer), HP (half P--fertilizer), and TP (total P--fertilizer)) and ten strains (Lx22, Jx59, Dx68, lx81, Dm84, Jm92, Lm126, Jm170, Lx174 and Lx191) were employed. Results showed that all of 10 phosphate-solubilizing bacteria increased the above ground vegetation biomass significant whenever inoculated them individually or inoculated them with half P--fertilizer. In the treatment of S, each of below ground vegetation biomass inoculated with 10 strains respectively was higher than CK significantly, while the biomass inoculated with Lx174 was higher than HP and TP significantly in the treatment of SH P. There were 8 strains (Excepted for Lx81 and Dm8) increased total P, Lx22, J x59, Lx174, Lm126 increased total N when inoculated 10 phosphate-solubilizing bacteria strains individually. Dm84,Jx59, Lx81,Jm92,Lx174,Dx68 increased total P concentration significantly (p〈0. 05) and Lx22,Jx59, Lx81, Dx84 increased total N concentration significantly (p〈0.05) respectively when they inoculated with half P--fertilizer together. Based on a comprehensive analyses of the influence of there strains on the vegetation biomass and total N, P concentration, strains including Lx22,Jx59, Lx81 ,Jm92, Lx174 are suitable as biofertilizer for A. sativa.
