塞曼特罗(cimaterol)对肉鸭生长后期肌肉增长和体脂代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在3种不同日粮中分别添加0.5mg/kg、2.5mg/kg和5.0mg/kgβ-受体激动剂——塞曼特罗(ci-materol),饲喂30~50日龄的肉鸭,结果显示:3种不同剂量的塞曼特罗在3种日粮条件下均可促进肌肉增长;剂量达到5.0mg/kg时,不但刺激鸭胸大肌快速生长,而且能增强腿部肌肉生长,血清磷酸肌酸激酶活性也相应升高。鸭生长后期用塞曼特罗可明显抑制脂肪在体内的沉积,但日粮中能量不可过高,否则会掩盖塞曼特罗的功效。脂肪代谢过程中血糖升高和血清高密度脂蛋-胆固醇降低,表明脂肪分解作用可能加强。 Three diets of different nutrient composition were supplemented with 3 concentrations (05,25 and 50 mg/kg)of βadrenergic agonist cimaterol,respectively,and fed to ducks during 30~50 days of age ,thus forming 3 treatments.Ducks fed on the same diet without cimaterol were used as controls.Muscle proliferation was found in ducks of all the 3 treatments.Feeding on diet 3 with 50 mg/kg cimaterol enabled ducks to grow breast and also leg muscles more rapidly and to have a higher level of creating phosphokinase in serum compared with control ducks.At later stage cimaterol can inhibit fat deposition in duck significantly.But when the metabolic energy in diet was over 116 MJ/kg,efficiency of cimaterol decreased.The increase of the glucose and the decrease of highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol levels in serum may indicate the increase of fat decomposition.
