论著作权侵权的民事责任 被引量:3

摘要 著作权法短期的目标是为了保障著作权人个人的权益,长期的目标则在期籍对个人的激励,能促进整体文化的进步。著作权侵权罚则的合理应用,对实现著作权法的目标具有重要的意义。本文试对著作权侵权的民事责任构成、著作权侵权的民事责任形式进行分析。
