摘要
通过向多组分氧化物MoBiM2+M3+M+XO催化剂中引入可与Bi、Mo形成白钨矿结构的金属离子,使催化剂表面活性相及体相改性,优化体相与表面相的组成与结构,并初步筛选出几种性能优于进口C型催化剂的晶格氧化催化剂配方。结果表明,引入能与Mo。
Metallic ions which could form scheelite type structure with Bi and Mo were drawn into MoBiM 2+ M 3+ M +XO multicomponent oxide catalysts. The surface active phase and bulk phase of the catalysts were modified, and the composition and structure of the bulk phase and surface phase were optimized. Several formulations for preparing lattice oxygen catalysts with performance more superior than imported C type catalysts were obtained. The result showed that the modified catalysts can improve the performance of complex multicomponent oxide catalyst for propylene ammoxidation.
