摘要
介绍了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线在高炉过程控制的技术特点以及OVATION系统结构,同时结合目前在冶金行业中普遍采用的PLC+现场总线(Profibus等)的方式,对DCS+PKV50+PROFIBUS-DP应用于大规模的工业场合特别是3200m3级高炉中进行了总结。重点对西屋DCS系统和做为DP总线的主站PKV50的性能特点以及在高炉控制中需要注意的问题进行了有针对性的阐述。通过实际运行,系统比较稳定、可靠。
the article mostly discuss the technical features of the Fieldbus--based in blast furnace process control system and OVATION system configuration, considering the mode of PLC+ Fieldbus--based is widely applied in metallurgical industry, summarized the application of DCS+PKV50+PROFIBUS--DP in large scale industrial fields especially in 3200m^3 blast furnace. Mostly introduce the performance features of WESTWOOD DCS system and PKV50, Elaborate some problems which should be noticed, it is demonstrated after the actual operation that the system is safe and stable.
