摘要 环保型镀锌产品是未来发展的必然趋势,文章阐述了镀锌无铬钝化产品的生产工艺,结合无铬钝化涂覆工艺理论,通过生产试验分析,提出了工艺优化措施及其相关的重要控制点,从而保证了无铬钝化产品涂膜质量的稳定性,并取得了明显的效果。 Environmental galvanized production is an inevitable trend in the future. At first, in this paper states the process of the non-chromium passivation galvanized production in our company ,then takes a series of trials combines with the coating process theory of the the non-chromium passivation product.Through the results of the trials, finally we take some measures and setup important control point to optimize the produce process in order to guarantee the coating quality's stability of the the non-chromium passivation galvanized production, and achieved obvious results.
