摘要
目的对海洋细菌Roseobacter sp.发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分的研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等手段,利用理化和波谱分析方法,对海洋细菌Roseobacter sp.发酵液中的化合物进行分离鉴定。结果与结论从细菌Roseobacter sp.发酵液中分离得到8个含色氨酸的环二肽,分别鉴定为环[色氨酸-缬氨酸](Ⅰ),环[色氨酸-异亮氨酸](Ⅱ),环[色氨酸-脯氨酸](Ⅲ),环[色氨酸-丙氨酸](Ⅳ),环[色氨酸-苯丙氨酸](Ⅴ),环[色氨酸-天门冬酰胺](Ⅵ),环[色氨酸-丝氨酸](Ⅶ),环[色氨酸-甘氨酸](Ⅷ)。其中化合物(Ⅵ)为新的天然产物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fermentation liquid from marine bacteria Roseobacter sp.. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated based on chemical and spectral analyses. Results and Conclusion Eight cyclodipeptides were isolated from the ethyl acetate of the fermentation liquid from Roseobacter sp.. Their structures were determined as cyclo[Trp-Val] ( Ⅰ ), cyclo [Trp-lle] ( Ⅱ ), cyclo[Trp-Pro] ( Ⅲ ), cyclo[Trp-Ala] ( Ⅳ) , cyclo [Trp-Phe] ( Ⅴ ), cyelo[Trp- Asn] (Ⅵ), cyclo [Trp-Ser] (Ⅶ), eyelo [Trp- Gly] (Ⅷ). among them , compound (Ⅵ) was a new natural product.
