On the Defect of Financial Education Investment and Need of China Higher Education

我国高等教育财政性经费投入与需求在未来十年里仍然存在着巨大缺口。应发挥政府教育投资的主体作用,保证教育优先发展地位,加大对高等教育的投资力度;逐步完善多渠道的教育经费来源新格局,提高除财政拨款以外的经费来源占高等教育总经费的比例,以缓解我国高等教育政府投资不足的困境。

There will be a huge gap between financial investment and need in the decade of the future. So, the government should in the important position,and the education should develop first. The government should increase investment ;the universities should improve the cost-sharing mechanisms and broaden channels of founding sources.
