摘要
对于油田内部小型企业而言,尽管已经在体制改革的某些方面取得了成绩,但与改革的总体目标相比,仍存在较大的差距。如何进一步搞活这些内部小型企业已经成为我国各油田普遍关心的一个紧迫问题。文章探讨了我国油田内部小型企业体制改革的环境条件和这些企业存在的主要问题,研究了油田内部小型企业进行股份合作制改造的现实意义和改革模式的选择,提出了油田内部小型企业进行股份合作制改造应遵循的基本程序。
To the small enterprises affiliated to oilfields despite some achievement on the reformation of management system has been achieved, there is, as compared with the goal of the reformation, a relatively great gap. It is an urgent problem that attracting great concern how to animate these small enterprises affiliated to oilfields. In this paper, the external conditions and main problems of the reformation of management system of small enterprise affiliated to oil fields are investigated, the significance and the pattern of the reformation which transforms a small enterprise into an joint-stock company are studied, as a result, a principal procedure which the reformation should follow is proposed.
