摘要
环氧苯乙烷是重要的有机中间体,主要用于香料、制药工业。环氧苯乙烷主要由苯乙烯环氧化制得,本文介绍了卤素法、过氧化物法(包括有机过氧化物和双氧水等)、氧气或空气环氧化法以及相应的催化剂。卤素法中的氯醇法和溴醇法比较成熟,并实现了工业化,但该方法环境污染严重,有待于改进。其它方法正处于研究和开发之中,目前研究较多的是钛硅分子筛/H2O2环氧化法,它是一个环境友好工艺,具有广阔的应用前景;用氧气或空气法制环氧苯乙烷是最经济的,但未工业化,因此也值得深入研究。本文对它们的研究作了详细介绍。
is an important organic intermediate in the industry of perfume and medicine. Epoxyethylbenzene is mainly prepared by epoxidation of styrene. This article introduces the epoxidation of styrene with oxyhalides, hyperoxides (including organic peroxides and ozogen so on ) and oxygen orair, and their catalysts. Among the epoxidation of styrene with oxyhalides, chorohydrins and bromehydrins oxidation method which have ho industrialied, but the pollution on environment by the methods is serious, so they must be improved. Other ways are being studied and cultivated. The current studies are more undertaken to try out the epoxidation of styrene using TS molecular sieve/H2O2, which is a technology of environmental compatibility, and has the broad application prospects, Preparation of epoxyethybozene from oxidation of styrene with oxygen or air is the most economical path, but it has not ben industrialized, thus the way desires further investigation. In this paper, the propes of research on these methods is reviewed in details.
