摘要
制备了双组分无溶剂聚氨酯地坪涂料,并研究了n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)、颜填料、吸水剂及催化剂对产品性能的影响。检测结果表明,该产品环保性能达到GB18581—2001相关规定要求,理化性能优异,具有良好的强度、弹性和装饰效果,可自动流平,施工方便,能满足不同场所地坪铺装要求。
A 2K solvent -free polyurethane floor coatings was prepared and the value, pigment and filler, water absorbent and catalyst on product performance was influence of NCO/OH discussed. The results indicated that the properties of the product can meet the technical specification of the standard of GB 18581-2001, and showed excellent physicochemical property such as high strength, flexibility, good decorative effect, self- leveling and convenient for application.
