摘要
分别论述了离心泵泵轴的设计准则和转速对泵轴可靠性的影响。指出转速是泵设计的主要因素之一,与泵轴的可靠性密切相关。设计准则应随转速的提高而改变。在低速时,泵轴的扭曲强度作为设计准则;高速时,则应以扭曲刚度作为设计准则,并考虑材料和轴功率等相关因素。在提速使用给定泵时,泵轴挠度与转角也将近似地随着转速呈线性增大,当超过许用值时,即会引起零件磕碰、卡滞,以至泵不能正常工作,因此须对挠度和转角进行校核。
The design criterion of centrifugal pump shaft and influence of rotary speed on reliability of pump shaft are expounded. Rotary speed is one of key factors in pump design, and it has close relation to the reliability of the pump shaft. The design criterion should be changed along with the increase of rotary speed.When the rotary speed being low, the torsional strength of the pump shaft should be taken as the design criterion; while the rotary speed being high, the design criterion should be the torsional rigidity with consideration of material and power of the shaft. In using a given pump with an increased rotary speed, the deflection and rotating angle of the pump shaft will be increased linearyly with the increase of therotary speed, and when they exceeds the allowable values, failure of pump may occur, therefore the deflection and rotating angle of the pump shaft must be checked.
