摘要
采用复合甘油配制成5种不同粘度的实验液体,分别模拟稀油和稠油,同时选择7种上下种程速比,在自行研制的抽油机井泵效模拟实验装置中,实验研究了上下冲程速比对抽油系统泵效的影响。从研究上下冲程速比对抽油泵漏失量的影响出发,建立了相应的数学模型。室内实验和现场试验的结果表明,在冲决基本相同的条件下,随着上下冲程速比的提高,产液量增加,泵效提高,能耗降低。当上下冲程速比υr>1时,不但能够提高稠油井更能提高稀油井的泵效。考虑到抽油系统的使用寿命,上下冲程速比不宜调得太高,一般以υr≤2为宜。
The influence of ratio of upward pump speed to downward pump speed(Rud) on the efficiency of subsurface pump is investigated by means of simulation test. Based on the investigation in the influence of Rud on leakage of subsurface pump, relevant mathematic model is established. Room and field test show that, under the coondition of identical pump speeds, fluid production increases, pump efficiency is improved and power consumption is reduced with the increase of Rud. When the value of Rud is more than 1, not only the pump efficiency in viscous oil wells, but that in low-viscousity oil wells, can be improved. With consideration of the service life of oil pumping system, the value of Rud besing not more than 2 will be reasonable.
