摘要
通过分析油管接箍内壁车削加工中的残余夹紧变形,利用功的互等定理研究弹复效应对残余夹紧变形的影响,建立了仅与毛坯内、外径尺寸及车削加工后内壁径向尺寸相关的接箍内壁圆度误差预测模型.同时,针对预测算法,进行了接箍内壁车削加工实验,并将加工后的内壁圆度误差数据与理论预测数据进行比对.结果表明,所建立的模型仅与毛坯内、外径尺寸及车削加工后内壁径向尺寸有关.利用该模型只需在加工前静态测量夹紧力作用下工件内壁的变形量,即可预测加工后工件内壁的圆度误差,其实测内壁圆度误差与理论预测的相对误差不超过6%.
Based on the reciprocal theorem of work, the influence of the spring back effect on the permanent clamping deformation of the inside wall of tube coupling was studied and its roundness forecasting model was developed by analyzing the permanent clamping deformation of it in turning process. The forecasting algorithm was proved validly by experiments and the roundness data of the inside wall of couplings after machining were compared with that of the theoretical data. The results indicate that the forecasting model is relative only with its radial dimensions before and after turning process. The model will give a forecasting value of inside wall roundness of a part before turning process as soon as its inside wall clamping deformation value is provided before turning under static condition and the relative error between actual data and theoretical data are not more than 6 %.
