摘要
介绍了一种自行研制的创新型多刀肿瘤超低温冷冻治疗设备.该设备由气体输送系统、预冷系统、加热系统、控制系统、温度测量系统、气体节流冷冻刀、操作软件组成.其显著特点是:①提高了临床实用性,能广泛推广使用.采用常温高压氮气(14 MPa)作为制冷介质,与目前临床上应用的采用40 MPa高压氩气作为制冷介质的系统相比,提高了系统安全性,而且氮气属一般工业气体,易获得,成本大幅降低;②具有更高的制冷能力.试验表明,制冷温度可达到-170℃,在活体和离体试验中形成的冰球形状和体积、温度曲线也非常理想,在制冷能力上超过国外进口冷冻治疗设备的水平.
This paper introduced the design and performance evaluation of an innovative multiprobe cryosurgical device (Accusystem), which is composed of: (1) gas transport system, (2) precooled gas supplysystem, (3) heated gas supply system, (4) control system, (5) temperature measurement system, (6) cryoprobe system, and (7) opreration software. Compared with prior conventional cryosurgical devices, the new system has higher practicability. The system takes 14 MPa N2 as cryogen, which is more cheaper, safer and get-at-able by contrast with 40 MPa rare gas Ar. The new system also has higher freezing capacity. It has got more lower temperature at -170 ℃, more perfect freeze zone shape and better temperature response both from vivo and vitro experiments.
