Global Dimensional Optimization of Double-Knuckle Servo Mechanical Press Based on Performance Atlases over Bounded Solution Space

摘要 研究了双肘杆伺服压力机的杆系优化设计方法,提取杆系尺寸参数与性能指标的关系,在有界尺度空间内绘制性能图谱,以滑块在工作行程内机械增益最大和力均载变化波动量最小作为优化目标,选取最优解域,再采用复合形法,进行杆系尺度全局优化设计.优化后各构件的质心加速度曲线有明显改善,减小了双肘杆各运动副的冲击载荷,提高了冲压质量,从而为双肘杆伺服压力机的杆系尺寸设计提供了有效方法. The optimized synthesis was studied for double-knuckle servo mechanical press based on performance atlases over bounded solution space. The relationship between performance indices and link lengths is built up and the performance atlases are depicted over the bounded solution space. In the performance atlases, optimal dimensional region can be determined to maximize the mechanical advantage of the punching mechanism and minimize the payload distribution among the links. Searching from the optimal dimensional region, the dimensional design with global optimization is got for punching mechanism based on the complex method of optimization. Finally, a case study demonstrates the optimized synthesis method for the double-knuckle servo mechanical press.
