摘要
提出了一种三坐标测量机(coordinate measure machine,CMM)与线结构光传感器的集成系统及其测量模型的标定方法。该系统有效地结合了两种测量方法的优点,可实现高效、高精度测量。测量模型的标定包括摄像机内外参数、光平面结构参数的标定和坐标的全局统一。用CMM测头作为标定物对摄像机进行标定,无需制作摄像机标定物,可灵活设置标定点的个数和位置。用自制简单靶标对线结构光的结构参数进行标定,可以获取光平面上任意数量的高精度的三维标定点,解决了三维标定点不易获取且数量少的难题。测量模型的标定方法简单,可一次实现CMM和线结构光传感器的全局坐标统一,标定精度较高。
A CMM and line structured light sensor integrated system and the calibration mothed of measurement model were presented. Combining the advantages of CMM and computer vision, the in- tegrated system could achieve high efficiency, high--precision measurement. The calibration of meas- urement model comprised the camera calibration and light plane parameter calibration, finish global calibration. Using the high--precision probe of the CMM as calibration object for the camera calibra- tion, the number of calibatation dot and location can be added easily. The calibrationt target was de- signed for light plane calibration. By this method, arbitrary amount of 3D world calibration points on the structured light plane can be easily obtained,thus the problem that it is difficult to obtain adequate 3D world calibration points is settled. The calibatation can finish global calibration by one time and has the advantages of simplicity and high precision.
