Research on Hydrodynamic Lubrication of Different Surface Texture

摘要 采用基于N-S方程的CFD方法,研究矩形、斜面台阶形、圆弧形、三角形、多圆弧形以及正弦形织构表面的动压润滑性能。研究表明,在一定润滑条件下,不同类型的织构表面的动压润滑性能存在一定差异,在较低雷诺数下,斜面台阶形织构表面动压润滑性能较差,其他五种类型比较接近,在较高雷诺数下,多圆弧形织构表面动压润滑性能好于其他类型。 The hydrodynamic lubrication performance of rectangle, inclined plane, circular--arc, triangle, multi--arc and sine surface texture was researched with CFD method based on N--S equa- tion. The research results show that, under a certain condition, different surface texture has different hydrodynamic lubrication performance. When the Re is lower, the hydrodynamic lubrication perform- ance of inclined plane surface texture is poor, and the other five surface textures are similar; when the Re is higher, the hydrodynamic lubrication performance of multi--arc surface texture is better than the others.
