摘要
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚与丙烯酸反应制成了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯活性大单体。以水为溶剂、过氧化物为引发剂,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯(AE)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)合成了三元共聚物表面活性剂(AA/AM/AE),研究了单体组成、引发剂及溶剂对AA/AM/AE共聚物的表面活性与增稠能力的影响。结果表明,AA/AM/AE共聚物有高表面活性,低临界胶束浓度值(CMC),良好的增稠、增溶与乳化能力,表面张力和界面张力可低至27mN/m和0.5mN/m。该共聚物可望用作三次采油驱油剂。
A surface - active macromonomer of poly(oxylethylene alkylphenyl ether) acrylate was preparedwith poly(oxylethylene alkylphenyl ether) and acrylic acid. A copolymer.surfactant(AA/AM/AE) ofpoly(oxylethylene alkylphenyl ether) acrylate (AE), acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA) was syn-thesized with peroxide as initiator and water as solvent. The effects of copolymer composition, theamounts of initiator and solvent on the surface - active and viscosity of AA/AM/AE were discussed.It was found that the copolymer of AA/AM/AE exhibited the biggest surface activity and viscosity in-creasing (viscosifying) effects, and surface tension and interface tension between oil/water amount to27 mN/m and 0. 5 mN/m respectively. Oil recovery ratio would be increased by using those in EOR.
