Cooperative Principle of Reference and Its Manipulation in Conversation

摘要 本文着重介绍并探讨了指称确立过程中所应遵守的"指称合作原则"的主要内容和具体运作过程。研究表明,指称合作原则能够为会话中的指称确立过程提供更为全面合理的解释,并能进一步揭示指称阻碍产生的主要原因及规律;另外,对指称合作原则的违反可分为无意违反和有意违反两种,而交际者有意违反指称合作原则一般是出于特殊的交际目的或旨在传递其它特殊的交际互动信息。 With a detailed introduction and elaboration of the main content and manipulation of Cooperative Principle of Reference, this paper demonstrates that the principle can give a more comprehensive and reasonable account of the referentall establishment and the occurrence of referential troubles in conversation. In addition, it argues that there is a division between the intentional and the non-intentional violation of the principle and that the intentional violation of the principle is usually designed to achieve a special interactional puroose or carrv additional or snecial interactional meaning.
