摘要
综述了煤矿钻机液压智能控制器的原理,介绍了推进缸推力自动调节、马达过载保护、旋转切屑起钻等功能的实现方法。结合液压智能控制应用实例,分析了参数化模型仿真结果,对煤矿钻机液压智能控制器性能作出肯定结论。
The basic principle of the hydraulic intelligent controller used in the mine full-hydraulic drill is reviewed, and the function-realized approach is introduced, such as automatic adjustment of propulsion on the propeller, overload protection of motor and rotating chip crushing. According to the case that the hydraulic intelligent controller is applied, the paper analyses the simulation results of parametric model, and acquires the certain conclusion on the performance of the controller.
