基于RS485总线的隧道机车控制器设计

Design of tunnel locomotive controllers based on RS485-bus

针对隧道机车工作环境复杂等特点,出于对人身和设备安全的考虑,对机车控制器进行基于RS485总线的硬件和软件设计,这种分布式控制系统已经应用到现场隧道机车中,系统运行稳定、可靠,操作简单,起到安全保护的作用,达到了设计的目标。

Abstract： According to the characteristics of the tunnel locomotive, such as the complex work- ing environment, and in order to protect the safety of people and machines, the hardware and software designs of the locomotive controller based on RS485-bus is carried out. This distributed control system has been applied to the tunnel locomotive. The system running is stable, reliable, simple in operation, and has played the role of security protection, so the controller meets the design objectives.
