外源NO对辣椒幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用水培养方法,研究了外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)对辣椒幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:在水培养下,低浓度SNP可促进辣椒根和苗生长,提高叶片Chl a和Chl b含量以及根系活力,降低MDA含量;较高浓度SNP处理,作用相反。低浓度SNP对辣椒根系和叶片SOD、CAT、POD活性提高有促进作用,当SNP浓度增大,除POD活性继续增大外,SOD、CAT活性受到抑制。 Effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP, an exogenous nitric oxide donor) on seedling growth and physiological characteristics of Capsicum frutescens L. were studied by the method of solution culture. Under the condition of lower concentration of SNP,the growth of root and seedling,chlorophyll a and b content of leaf, and root activity increased, while the MDA content in root and seedling was decreased ; under the condition of higher concentration of SNP,reverse. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in root and leaf were enhanced by the lower concentration SNP. The activities of SOD and CAT were decreased with the increased of SNP concentration, except for POD activity.
