摘要
采用0.18μm CMOS工艺,设计了用于低中频Zigbee接收机的可自动频率调谐的Gm-C复数滤波器.通过跨导放大器(Gm)按比例设计,解决了核心滤波器与PLL调谐电路的匹配问题,达到好的调谐效果.仿真结果显示:滤波器中心频率为2MHz,带宽2MHz,镜像抑制比大于55dB,群延时小于0.9μs,电流功耗仅为1.5mA.
A low power Gm-C complex filter with automatic frequency tuning is designed in a 0.18μm CMOS process for low-IF Zigbee receiver applications.By scaling the Gm circuit,the matching problem of the core filter and the tuning circuit is solved and excellent tuning performance is achieved.Simulation results show that the filter is centered at 2MHz with bandwidth of 2MHz.It provides more than 55 dB image rejection ratio and its group delay is less than 0.9μs.The current consumption is only 1.5mA.
