摘要
针对决策系统中知识获取和交互困难的问题,在传统决策支持系统框架的基础上,将人工智能中的Agent技术用于构建决策支持系统,提出了运用案例匹配和规则推理相结合的方法对用户问题进行分析求解,并引入了协作Agent以实现多个Agent之间的通讯与合作;最后通过实验证明了系统运行的智能性和适应性,从而能更好地帮助用户进行决策.
On the basis of traditional decision support system framework,to resolve the difficult issues of the knowledge acquisition and interactive in the decision support system,take the Agent technology of artificial intelligence to build decision support system,put forward the method of making use of combining matching cases and the rules of reasoning to solve and analysis the problem,also introduce the collaboration Agent to achieve the communications and cooperation between Agents;finally through the experiment proved that the system has the intelligence and adaptability in work process,and able to help users in decision-making better.
