大气压等离子体处理改善棉织物抗紫外线性能 被引量:4

摘要 选用亲水型有机硅抗辐射整理剂CGKF,利用大气压等离子体技术,采用先浸渍整理剂CGKF再经等离子体处理和先用等离子体处理再浸渍整理剂CGKF的两种工艺,对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理,用紫外线分光光度计对经这两种工艺整理后的棉织物的紫外线透过率进行测试,比较这两种工艺对棉织物抗紫外线整理的效果,并利用扫描电镜对测试结果进行分析,同时对整理前后棉织物的服用性能进行测试。结果表明,经先浸整理剂CGKF再经等离子体处理工艺整理的棉织物抗紫外线性能较好。 In this paper, the cotton fabric was treated by the hydrophilic silicone anti-ultraviolet finishing agent CGKF with plasma at atmospheric pressure, adopting two different methods that dipping anti-ultraviolet finishes CGKF, then or after with plasma irradiation. Then the two different results were examined by the ultraviolet spectrophometer. The two finishing effect was compared and the tested result was analyzed by the scanning electron microscope. Meanwhile the cotton fabric's serviceability was examined. The findings indicated that the method of dipping anti-ultraviolet finishes CGKF with plasma irradiation after it was better.
