气井(藏)动态优化配产方法研究 被引量:33

摘要 动态优化配产方法改变了传统意义上的静态配产计算过程,对生产数据的依赖性小,可以减少因人为因素造成的配产不当和设计失误,使配产和设计更具普遍意义。文章中所介绍的以节点分析为基础建立起的动态优化配产方法是一种更准确、合理,更符合矿场生产实际的先进方法,它克服了传统配产方法的不足,考虑了生产时间对地层压力、气体性质以及井底积液、底水锥进、地层垮塌、最小经济产量和计划产量等外在因素等对气井(藏)合理产量的影响,所获得的配产量是整个系统的最优产量,能满足气井(藏)长期稳产的要求,配产方法对实际生产具有指导意义。 The calculating process of traditional static proration production is improved by use of a dynamic optimizing proration production method.The method is slightly dependent on production data,which may decrease the man made errors both in proration production and in design,making the proration production and design be of universal significance.This method set up on the basis of node analysis is a more accurate,reasonable and advanced method according to the actual situation.In the method,the deficiency in traditional proration production method is overcome and the effect of production time on the formation pressure and gas property as well as the effect of the external factors as downhole gathering liquid,bottom water coning,wall sloughing,minimum economic production and planned production,etc.,on gas well/reservoir rational production are considered,therefore the proraded production obtained is the optimal one in whole system,being able to meet the needs for long term stable production in the gas well/reservoir,and the proration production method is of guiding significance in production practices.
