摘要
4Cr5MoSiV1(H13)和Cr12型钢在实际生产中采用低温淬火加热,低温加热淬火获得高的韧性和强度。本文论述了低温淬火时的奥氏体化的工艺参数采用公式t1/t2=exp[-Q/R×(1/T2-1/T1)]计算,生产实践证明:这个公式能很好地满足制订工艺的需要。
On the practice of producing, low austenitising temperature quenching processes of 4Cr5MoSiV1(H13) and Cr12 type steel have been done. low temperature austenitisiation helps to achieve a higher toughness and strength. This paper discusses low temperature austenitisiation process parameters are given by a equivalent formula t1/t2 = exp [-Q/R ×(1/T2-1/T1) ]. The results of application show that the equivalent formula can satisfy nicely the demand for choosing process parameters.
