组片式波纹填料的开发与研究

Development and Study of Zupak Packing Assistant Engineer

组片式波纹填料是天津大学开发研制的专利产品（ＺＬ９５２１７７５７．９）。由于其独特的结构，不仅充分利用了原材料，增加了比表面积，而且增加了气液横向混合，提高了效率，且具有压力降小及通量大的优点，成功地解决了效率与通量的矛盾。此填料已被用于中国目前最大塔径（８４００ｍｍ）的蒸馏塔中。

Zupak is a patent(ZL 95217757.9)developed by Tianjin University.By the unique structure,it not only fully utilizes material and increases specific surface area,but also increase crossed mixing of gasliquid and improves efficiency.Its pressure drop decreases and the flux increases.It also successfully resolved the contradictory between efficiency and flux.This kind of packing is being used in the distillation column of the biggest diameter in China.
