摘要 目的增加护生的服务意识,提高护生临床实践能力。方法改革现有的考核标准,将人性化服务内容如:与患者沟通交流、解释、健康教育等作为考核内容,将2005级护生随机分为实验组和对照组,在教学中实验组使用新的考核标准,对照组采用原标准。结果实验组与对照组在临床实践中服务满意度方面有统计学差异P<0.05,而在单纯技能方面没有统计学差异。结论考核标准具有导向作用,增加人性化内容有利于克服教学与临床脱节现象,提高护生的临床实践能力,同时不影响护生的技能水平。 Objective To increase the sense of services and clinical practice ability for nursing student. Method To reform the old nursing skill assessment criteria and to add the humanity service content as the test standard, such as communication with patients, explanation, health education, etc. grade 2005 students were randomly divided into to experiment group and control group. Experiment group used the new assessment criteria and the control group used the routine assessment criteria. Result There was significant difference in the degree of satisfaction during clinical practice (P%O. 05). But there is on significant difference in single skill. Conclusion New assessment criteria can play guiding role. Adding humanity service into assessment criteria will overcome the shortness of separation of teaching and clinical practice, and will enhance nursing student's clinical practice ability and skill.
