摘要
研究了变压吸附空气分离过程中变压步骤的数学模拟,提出了孔内强制流动模型。以改进混合池模型与拟均相模型为基础,在考虑轴向返混和压降影响的同时,用瞬时平衡模型、扩散传质模型与本文提出的孔内强制流动模型对变压吸附空气分离过程中的变压步骤进行了数学模拟并与Fernandez和Kenney发表的试验数据进行了对比,模拟结果显示孔内强制流动模型计算值与试验结果符合较好。

The pressurization step of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) gas separation process has been simulated.The factors of nonlinearity of adsorption isotherm,pressure drop along the column and axial backmixing have been considered.In order to understand properly the transfer phenomena in the PSA process,three pressurization models,namely,the instantaneous equilibrium model,linear diffusion force(LDF) model and a new forced flow within pores model,are established and tested with the experiment data published by Fernandez and Kenney.The results show that the forced flow within pores model is better than the other two.
