通过对小型砌块砖机工作机理和工艺流程的分析,设计了基于西门子S7-200系列PLC和深圳人机EVIEW触摸屏的砌块砖机电气控制系统。该控制系统可以实现上料、供板、成型、脱模、出砖等全过程的自动化生产,大大地提高了制砖生产的自动化水平和生产效率。

By analyzing the process and control principle of press, a touch screen control system of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and EVIEW touch screen is introduced, including hardware, software and HMI of this control system and etc. through which, an automatic production in the feeding, plate-going, molding, brick-stripping can be realized, and the reliability and stability can be improved.
