合成C.I.颜料黄12的最佳配方及工艺条件 被引量:1

摘要 以3,3′-二氯联苯胺、乙酰乙酰苯胺为原料,经重氮化、偶合反应合成了C.I.颜料黄12。结果表明,采用物料比为3,3′-二氯联苯胺:乙酰乙酰苯胺=1:1.05,偶合反应中pH值变化为5.5~6.5。温度为5~8℃,产品色光最优,平均收率95%,熔点为312~314℃。所得产品达到或接近目前国内生产厂家的标准。 Using 3,3′-dichloro benzidine and acetoacetanilide as raw materials, C.I. pigment yellow 12 was synthesized by diazotization and coupled reaction. The result shows that the product with optimum surface active agent, 95% yield, and melting point 312~314℃ can be obtained under the fallowing conditions: matter ratio of 3,3′ dichloro benzidine to acetoacetanilide is 1:1.05, pH value in the coupled reaction varies from 5.5 to 6.5, reaction temperature is 5~8℃. The product obtained in this method can achieve the national standards.
